ONE SOURCE MOBILE BILL AUDITING

One Source Mobile will examine all of your company’s mobile device bills for the purpose of determining savings solutions which may now exist or have existed on previous billings. One Source Mobile will audit all billing accounts for the purpose of finding savings via best rates, unpublished rates, over charges, re-rates, fraud, taxes, hardware charges, pooling, missing credits, missing discounts, ancillary service charges, etc. One Source Mobile will negotiate with the proper mobile device cellular providers to have all recommendations implemented; overcharges removed, and obtain refunds and/or credits for past overcharges or billing errors if possibleOne Source Mobile will submit recommended changes/savings to Carrier and will negotiate with the proper Carriers/telecommunications vendor(s) to have changes implemented, overcharges removed/adjusted and to obtain savings, credits, refunds, and/or credits for past overages and future savings. One Source Mobile shall perform the following services:

• Provide monthly reviews and recommendations on billing
• Provide quarterly auditing and reporting of bills
• Calculate potential savings
• Recommend changes to be made based on analysis Once changes have been presented to your company in writing, your company will be given time to review the changes. Any alterations/modifications that your company would like to present for review to One Source Mobile must be provided in writing.
