PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESOURCES:

A projects success is dependent on the people and team managing the project. One Source Mobile has a reputation for being the premiere project management company when it comes to mobile device management. We have a vast amount of knowledge from real world experience. Before the commencement of Services under this SOW, One Source Mobile will appoint a Project Manager who will be responsible for overall management of One Source Mobile’s portion of the project.

The Project Manager for One Source Mobile will work with your company’s personnel to define project resources and timelines, perform project reviews, coordinate personnel, ensure performance and service delivery to manage, track, and coordinate all project resources in way that will allow both parties to accomplish the tasks outlined in this SOW. This includes the management of day-to-day project activities. The One Source Mobile project team will meet with your company on a regular basis in person and via the phone. In these meetings, One Source Mobile will provide the following information: Number of devices managed under the contract, number of dollars spent on wireless management, number of minutes/kilobytes used, and savings attributed to the services performed by One Source Mobile.

Finally, the One Source Mobile’s Project Manager will serve as One Source Mobile’s primary point of contact for your company.
